As you enter the first floor of The Farmhouse you immediately walk into a beautiful open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The first floor also consists of the primary bedroom and bathroom. The primary bedroom has french doors that lead to an outdoor private deck with seating. Two secondary bedrooms, secondary bathroom, and laundry room are also on the first floor. The second floor consists of a fun kid’s bunk room and another bedroom with bathroom. The covered outdoor patio is a great place to sip your morning coffee enjoying the fresh air of the Texas Hill Country. The patio features a hot tub, seating area with TV, and bar top with stools. Next to the patio is a fire pit with seating and a charcoal grill. The property also has a community playground, sand volleyball court, and yard games such as corn hole, ladders, badminton, and frisbee.
